At Darc Sport I oversee the Darc Sport and She programs, and I designed the GRIN commission, payment, and tier structures that run them. I led the Darc Sport Ohana rebrand to Darc Sport Athletics and stood up its athlete and affiliate programs, and the payment and tier model I built was used to launch Civil Regime's ambassador program.
